ANTARIS health care Holding GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Profunda Vermögen GmbH, based in Hamburg. It specialises in investments in the European healthcare market.
Operating under several brands, ANTARIS holds interests in care centres, residential complexes, retirement homes, and other healthcare facilities. Currently, ANTARIS focuses on operators in Germany and Austria. With 43 facilities and over 4,000 employees, ANTARIS provides more than 5,000 healthcare and nursing care places, generating an annual turnover of approximately €260 million.
In the coming years, the company aims to expand its portfolio of operating companies, supporting them through synergy creation and financial engineering.

Zufrieden Leben GmbH
Since 2023, AMICALIS Zufrieden Leben GmbH has been part of ANTARIS health care Holding GmbH. AMICALIS operates 18 facilities in Germany, acquired during the 2023 healthcare and nursing crisis from the insolvencies of Convivo and Dorea. Following extensive modernisation and refurbishment in 2024/2025, these facilities will offer state-of-the-art infrastructure and high-quality care services, reflecting the motto “Zufrieden leben”. ANTARIS health care Group, in partnership with property lessors, is investing over €25 million in modernising AMICALIS facilities during 2024 and 2025.
