ANTARIS Health Care Holding GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Profunda Vermögen GmbH, based in Hamburg. It specialises in investments in the European healthcare market.
Operating under several brands, ANTARIS holds interests in care centres, residential complexes, retirement homes, and other healthcare facilities. Currently, ANTARIS focuses on operators in Germany, Austria, and Ireland. With 43 facilities and over 4,000 employees, ANTARIS provides more than 5,000 healthcare and nursing care places, generating an annual turnover of approximately €260 million.
In the coming years, the company aims to expand its portfolio of operating companies, supporting them through synergy creation and financial engineering.
