Since 2023, AMICALIS in Freundschaft Leben has been part of ANTARIS Health Care Holding GmbH. AMICALIS operates 18 facilities in Germany, acquired during the 2023 healthcare and nursing crisis from the insolvencies of Convivo and Dorea. Following extensive modernisation and refurbishment in 2024/2025, these facilities will offer state-of-the-art infrastructure and high-quality care services, reflecting the motto “Living in Friendship.”

ANTARIS Health Care Group, in partnership with property lessors, is investing over €25 million in modernising AMICALIS facilities during 2024 and 2025.
